NOTICE POSTING REGARDING GATHERING OF

POTENTIAL QUORUM OF TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE (TAC)

OF THE FLAGSTAFF METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANZIATION,

DBA METROPLAN

To The Members of the Public:

This posting is made to provide notice to the public that the Flagstaff Metropolitan Planning Organization (FMPO), dba MetroPlan, has a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) that is established under MetroPlan’s bylaws.  The TAC is generally governed by Arizona Open Meeting Law and conducts its meetings in compliance with such law with posted agendas in order to conduct official business as a committee of MetroPlan.

The members of the TAC are employees of the various public entities that are members of MetroPlan, which employment causes many of such members to interact with each other in the ordinary course of their employment, but not while acting as the TAC for MetroPlan.  A potential quorum of TAC members may be in attendance at various meetings, events, or other activities based upon their employment.  This includes potential community input project groups where members of the TAC may be in attendance and may provide comments on various projects.  No action on behalf of MetroPlan as the TAC will occur at such various meetings, events, or other activities unless a properly posted agenda is provided to the public at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance and in satisfaction of Arizona Open Meeting Law.

If you have any questions, please contact the MetroPlan Executive Director’s office at
